Winterland Parade

Meridian's annual holiday parade will be held at 10:00 am on the 1st Saturday of December. With 100 entries, the parade features floats, horse units, car clubs, walking groups and dignitaries. The Parade starts at Storey Park at Main Street and Franklin Road, and travels north on Main Street.
This popular family event is just one of three holiday events in the City the first weekend of December. The evening before, the community joins for the lighting of the City Christmas Tree in Generations Plaza in the heart of the City. Saturday evening, the Meridian Symphony Orchestra presents their annual Christmas Concert at Meridian Middle School.
